Our Letting Agents’ and Property Management fees. Properly are members of ARLA, and adhere to their code of conduct. We are also covered by ARLA’s comprehensive client money protection scheme. As well as our agency fee, there may be other costs and charges from time to time. You can see these in more detail here.

9.6% inc. VAT (8% plus VAT)
We will market your property and provide the following:
High quality property details including professional photography and floorplans
Your property marketed on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, On the Market and to our database
A weekly vendor call to discuss marketing and feedback
Undertake tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks on your behalf
New tenancy agreement created (no extra cost) for all parties
Arrange an inventory and check-in
Collect the first months rent ahead of move in
14.4% inc. VAT (12% plus VAT)
As with Properly Basic, plus we will also:
Collect rent every month and transfer to you
Register your tenant's deposit with a government-backed scheme
Deal with any end of tenancy deductions or negotiations
Provide monthly and annual statements of account
Pay regular outgoings on your behalf from rent received, e.g. service charge and ground rent (but not insurance)
Arrange and renew all necessary certification to ensure you remain compliant
Provide advice on rental arrears if required
18% inc. VAT (15% plus VAT)
As with Properly Professional, plus we will also:
Be responsible for all communication with your tenants and the day to day management of your property
Organise and action any ongoing maintenance or repairs
Serve legal notices on your behalf (section 21 and 8)
Undertake two property inspections every year
Arrange the change of of utility bills, including any void periods
Arrange to pay any overseas landlord tax due to the HMRC
Hold a set of management keys and make these available to contractors for maintenance

London Youth work to improve the lives of young people in London, challenging them to become the best they can, and last year helped over 27,000 young people through their sports development, youth action and involvement, arts and outdoor education programmes and employment prospects. We feel strongly that all young people should have an opportunity to develop themselves, and so are delighted to be able to support London Youth in their work, providing young people with access to opportunities they might not otherwise have had, to learn new skills, to make a positive change in their communities and to shape the city they live in.
Glass Door helps homeless men and women in London through their large network of emergency shelters and support services. These winter shelters provide a warm welcome, food, safety and shelter for up to 170 people every night. Properly feels passionately about the issue of homelessness. That is why we are delighted that together with our clients we can assist Glass Door in their fantastic work to help some of the most marginalised people in society.
Families become homeless for reasons we can all identify with. We are concerned about people who are struggling to keep things together in our fast-paced world – and we care about those who have no support. We chose the Doorstep Homeless Family Project because they are passionate and effective yet they are a small team with limited funding. They provide homeless families, living in temporary accommodation in London, with access to services to secure the emotional and practical support they require to enjoy a better quality of life.
